Spice things up for breakfast or any meal when you make these Cajun home fries in air fryer. Here is how to make them!

Are you a breakfast person? I admit that I didn’t used to be, but enjoy it a lot more now that I work from home.

While I don’t always get a big breakfast during the weekend, our family loves to have full breakfasts on the weekend or to make breakfast for dinner to enjoy as well.

Our breakfast recipes are some of our most popular on Two Kids and a Coupon and the latest addition to our library is a delicious and affordable (a.k.a. cheap!) breakfast side that works for your menu in so many different ways.

Here is how to make them in your air fryer!

Cajun Home Fries in Air Fryer

This home fries recipe has only 3 ingredients. We wanted to spice things up for the fries we made here, but feel free to swap out the Cajun seasoning for one of your personal favorites.

To get things started, you will want to pre-heat your air fryer to 350 degrees. If you haven’t already done so, wash and scrub your potatoes and pat them dry with a clean dish towel.

Using a sharp vegetable knife and a cutting board, cut the potatoes into 1/2 in squares.

Once your potatoes are diced, spray them with your cooking spray and sprinkle with Cajun (or another favorite) seasoning.

Place them in your air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes. Be sure to toss them once halfway through cooking to help them cook evenly.
